If you're a lash junkie like we are, then you know that new, gorgeous lashes are special for any occasion!
We always strive to provide our customers with the best products because we want you to be just as happy with your PLC products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased, we promise a full refund (minus shipping) within the first 15 days of purchase. All that we ask is for you to return the unused, unopened item in it's original packaging along with your receipt. As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, and it is non-refundable.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer. Please note, Only items purchased on prettylashcouture.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.
- We do not accept exchanges on any orders.
- Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
- If your order is returned after 15 days, you will only be eligible for store credit.
- Packages returned back to Pretty Lash Couture due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund charge to reflect back onto your bank statement. Should you require further assistance, please email email@example.com.
We make sure to check all items for any issues before we package and ship them. In the instance an item may be considered defective upon arrival, please email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Name and Order Number. Defective items need to be addressed immediately upon receipt. After 15 days, customers are only eligible for store credit. If the product is deemed defective by prettylashcouture.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
